In a teacher we value initiative, communication skills, tolerance, a desire to grow, and kindness. Creativity is a big plus, but it is enough if you want to keep developing your own creativity. A relevant degree (master's) or working towards one, and a teaching qualification, are required.
In a support specialist we value communication and teamwork skills, professionalism and empathy. A relevant degree is required.
